Continues Below↓More than 30 years after they first tried to destroy Earth, those pesky space invaders are back.
This DS title spruces up the game's graphics for modern audiences, adding rubbish music for good measure.
The idea remains the same: trundle from left to right, firing at pixilated Martians who descend from the heavens.
These angry ETs have learned a few tricks since their debut in 1978: they fire diagonal death rays, bounce back your shots with shields, and drop from the sky like kamikazes.
The DS dual screen, meanwhile, gives the aliens plenty of room to buzz about like angry hornets.
With devastating power-ups, however, you can blast these klingons to kingdom come. Space Invaders might be as old as disco, but some things are built to last.
